Email invitation

You will receive an email from noreply@blackbaud.com.  Click on the Confirm email link and you will be taken to the login screen.  The email looks like this:

Logging in

Use can log in directly or through your new Google Account if the email is the same as your primary email in the RE members database (and what you use to log into the members site).


To log in directly - In the BlackbaudID field use the email address used to send you the invitation.  This is your primary email address and is also used to log into the members site.

Use your normal RE password.  The reset password option is easy to use – it will also change your RE password.



To log in using your Google Account - make sure you have logged in the your Google account in your browser.  Use the sign in with Google option.  and add your Google Account email and password.


Searching for a member

To find one of your branch or province members type their name in the search bar at the top of the page. [NOTE: this version also shows non member information in Raisers Edge - ignore these records)




The members record

The members record includes contact details, address, relationships, date of birth.  Anything you can update in RE, you can update here.



Click on the down arrow on the right-hand side to see more information



You can customise the views so the most useful pieces of information are at the top (by drag and drop).  I’ve set mine up like this.



You can see membership status on the top of the page and the membership record.


Attributes are displayed in Custom fields including Te Awa preference which is at the end of the list.

Note if you want to open RE from NXT you can use the  at the top of the screen.
